ReHSeN Support Pathway: HUME REGION

If you work in a health service in the Hume Region and require assistance with ReHSeN you must use the following support pathway.

STEP 1: Contact your local eLearning administrator

Each organization in the ReHSeN network has an eLearning administrator, who is a primary contact for providing assistance to users.  The first person to contact to resolve any issues about ReHSeN is to email or ring this administrator. A list of the primary and secondary contacts at each particupating health service is provided below. If your organisation is not listed, or you are unable to reach the eLearning administrator at your health service, please contact any other relevant education, HR or administration personnel at your organisation.

Do not contact the e3Learning support team, as they will not be able to assist with 1st-level queries for the ReHSeN training portal.

If you are uncertain who you are able to contact with your query, please proceed to follow Step 2 below. 

STEP 2: Contact the regional ReHSeN administrator

If your organisationalReHSeN administrator is unable to resolve your query/issue, they (not you) should contact their respective regional ReHSeN administrator. The regional ReHSeN adminsitrator for the Grampians Region is:

You should only contact your regional eLearning administrator if:

  • your local eLearning administrator is unavailable, or
  • if the issue is of high-importance or urgency. 

Health service staff must not bypass their local adminsitrator. If this occurs, staff will be referred back to their local administrator. If staff contact the e3Learning Support Desk directly, their organisation may be charged for providing any subsequent support. 

STEP 3: The regional ReHSeN administrator will contact the e3Learning support desk

If your regional eLearning administrator is unable to resolve your query/issue at their level, they (not you) will contact the e3Learning Support Desk for assistance. Do not contact the e3Learning support team directly as they will refer you back to your local and/or regional eLearning administrators.
